Yen-Ching Chang 為台裔美籍寫生寫實繪畫藝術家，畢業於中國文化大學設計學系，並於美國舊金山 Academy of Art University 取得 Figurative Painting MFA。赴美前，她曾師承冉茂芹老師2年，奠定扎實的素描、造形與寫實繪畫基礎，並持續發展以人物、肖像、風景與靜物為主的具象創作。她的作品重視從生活中觀察、從寫生中感受，透過光影、色彩與情感細節，轉化日常片刻中的詩意與溫度。

多年來，張晏菁持續活躍於美國傳統寫實繪畫藝術圈。於 2025 年受政府畫廊邀請，在加州 Folsom 的 The Gallery at 48 Natoma 舉辦個展 Moments of Connection: People, Places, and Presence。近期聯展經歷包括 California Art Club 113th Annual Gold Medal Exhibition（2024）、112th Annual Gold Medal Exhibition（2023）、以及 Oil Painters of America 2024 Western Regional Exhibition、2021 Salon Show 與 2021 Western Exhibition 等。

早期曾受美國藝術媒體《Southwest Art》與《American Art Collector》報導，並於 2024 年獲《Style Magazine》藝術家專題介紹。在獎項方面，近期她於 2024 年獲得 Oil Painters of America「Jane Van Meter Award of Excellence」；同年並於 PleinAir Salon 分別以 Peaches and Grapes 獲得 January 2024 Best Still Life Award，以 Harvest’s Bounty 獲得 March 2024 Best Still Life Award。

較早期的重要獎項與入選經歷則包括：2012 年獲 RayMar’s 6th Annual Fine Art Competition Best of Show、57th SAL Haggin Museum Juried Exhibition Ann Calhoun Memorial 1st Place Award、Academy of Art University MFA Annual Spring Show Director’s Choice Award，並入選 Oil Painters of America 第 21 屆年度評審展及獲 Greenhouse International Salon Honorable Mention for Artistic Excellence；2011 年則獲 BoldBrush Painting Competition Second Place、獲 Southwest Art “Emerging Artists | 21 Under 31” Honorable Mention，並入圍 The Artist’s Magazine 第 28 屆年度藝術競賽 Portrait/Figure 類。
